Curtis Ray Hill is a keynote speaker, author, and founder of Culture of Belonging Global® who helps leaders and organizations unlock human potential through stronger culture, relationships, and personal growth.

Curtis brings an extraordinary perspective to the stage. His journey began on the streets of Chicago, where gangs, violence, and drug dealing once shaped his future. After experiencing the devastating consequences of that life, Curtis made a decision to change its direction. He went on to earn multiple degrees, build a successful career in education, and ultimately bring his insights on people, performance, and human connection to corporate audiences.

Today, Curtis challenges audiences to look beyond titles, assumptions, past experiences, and surface-level interactions to understand what truly drives people. His work explores the connection between belonging, leadership, workplace relationships, personal transformation, and high performance.
