For 20 years they willingly and openly shared their transformational best practices through their institute. David was fortunate to be with them for the last 7 of those years to show individuals from almost every industry and market from around the world how to achieve superior results.

David has been deeply involved with the Baldrige National Quality Award Program (the equivalent of the Nobel Prize for business in the US) and its state counterpart in Tennessee (TNCPE). He also co-founded and co-led an award-winning manufacturing and sales company for 13 years in the K-12 educational market.
