"Eduardo was much more than a guest speaker. He became an integral and profound component of the overall conference theme, constructively complementing our forward business strategy and initiatives. Eduardo articulated the growth mindset in clear actionable terms. He effectively engaged our senior leaders while clarifying what growth mindset is and its impact on organizations that are committed to sustainable growth. Not only did we enjoy the manner in which the theme was revealed, but Eduardo, as a skillful speaker being able to tell the story from the perspective of a Coca-Cola HBC team member, emerged into the spotlight our critical areas, helping us internalize what it will take to grow further. We were inspired and energized for more."

Region 2 Director

"What an extraordinary presentation you gave at our sales conference! The sales team loved your thoughts on the difference between fixed mindset and growth mindset. Several came up to me afterwards and told me your customized examples helped them to identify how they have been limiting themselves with their own fixed mindsets. Your energy, presentation style, and wonderfully engaging stories held a group of typically distracted sales people absolutely rapt. Thank you for all the hard work you put into customizing the presentation for the audience."

Chief Performance Officer

"Eduardo is a dynamic presenter and a clear leader in this field. Our teams shared that the most impactful insight from Eduardo’s visit was the importance of balancing time between the learning zone and the performance zone. He has inspired us to ensure several efforts are underway to help developers be more productive so they have more time to learn. We know the more time we spend in the learning zone, the more productive and innovative we will be in the long run. Thank you, Eduardo, for inspiring us to always grow and learn!"

SVP and CTO

"THANK YOU for an amazing session. It was great to get my team together to help them start to think about how we might apply the growth mindset and learning zone principles in how we go about our business. I received feedback from my entire team that this was the best training that we have done in several years. I really believe that as we apply the content over the next few months that we will see improvements in our creativity, our willingness to go after business that we may not have traditionally gone after, and we’ll further improve our team engagement and morale."
