MARLENE EICK PROGRAMS & TOPICS

True Connection and Influence - How to Build Authenticity and Leadership Skills

Through stories of adventure, keynote speaker, Marlene Eick, will share lessons learned from taking on ambitious endeavors with her friend Susan. Through these tales, she will examine how we show up for people – our co-workers and industry peers, our family, and our communities. Using the framework of leadership expert John Maxwell’s Five Levels of Leadership, Marlene outlines the foundational work of relationships and results as we grow in our influence on other people and situations. You will leave with a better sense of how you can expand your relationships with others, while also building authenticity, influence and leadership skills.

Business Etiquette Training for Young, New and Advancing Leaders - Elevate your organization’s leaders

When your organization’s leaders are called upon to interact with elected officials, join industry influencers for an important dinner, or meet organization partners, make sure they’re ready to professionally represent the organization. They might be collegiate students or brand-new professionals or first-time leaders. Equip them with the basic tools they need as they navigate professional scenarios on behalf of your organization. On site sessions include understanding dress codes, practicing introductions, thriving in business networking environments and consistent professionalism online and offline.

Once your organization’s leaders have earned some experience participating in the group’s mission and goals, it’s time to set them up for the next level. Make sure they are ready for the next level of influence your organization expects from them. Sessions include understanding higher levels of leadership and influence, tips for stage presence in front of a group, practicing speaking delivery, online presence audit and strategy, and advanced dining and conversation etiquette in a restaurant setting with on-site training and etiquette meal facilitation.
