In recent times, the increase in the prices of food has been a major headline in many countries of the world. From the developing countries in Africa to the developed countries of the West, there is one common news – food inflation.

Years ago, during a family vacation, we settled into our hotel and then piled into the car to find something to eat. After the cursory “where would you like to go – I don’t care, where do you want to go?” conversation with my wife we decided on a place.
