Thaddeus Bergschneider grew up on a family farm in Central, IL where he developed a deep interest in agricultural economics, leadership, and decision-making. That passion led to his service as the 2024-2025 National FFA President, delivering speeches to audiences exceeding 10,000 people, traveling over 100,000 miles, meeting C-suite executives across the agricultural industry, and co-chairing the National FFA Board of Directors with a non-profit budget of over $50 million.

Thaddeus is currently a James Scholar studying Agricultural and Consumer Economics at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He continues to bring his insights on decision-making, agricultural economics, and intergenerational leadership to classrooms, boardrooms, and stages across the country.
